Happy New Year!
The new baby is the big news--I have a granddaughter! Delia was born on Jan. 2 at 11:36 AM, and she is beautiful! Take a look... here she is, with her mom, at about 1 minute old.
So I spent New Year's Eve and New Year's day at the hospital with my daughter Alison, acting as support person along with her husband Francis. Her 2-year old, Adam, was here at my house with his Aunt Erika for the duration.
Sunday Bill and I and Erika and Toby all went to take Adam home and see the new baby. We also celebrated Toby's birthday, which is the same day as Delia's birth day! In between celebrating birthday and birth day, I was able to read a couple of books to Adam; he is very much into books right now.
Adam gave his baby sister a kiss upon first meeting her. He seems to take it all in stride, being a big brother at only 2 years old. Here is the very first photo of my 3 lovely grandchildren! Aren't they great?!
And I have a new bike. In time to train for the upcoming season.... No photos yet; that will be my next post.
Life is surely great!

Congratulations Grandma! Hope your winter is going well. I just signed up for and Adventure Racing seminar. My friend Sue and I are taking a series of classes through Solar. Are you still swimming?

Congratulations on your new granddaughter. She is beautiful. I think Adam really likes you reading to him - that is special time. Thanks for sharing the photos with us.
