The forecast called for rain today, but it was clear enough this morning that we decided to go for a bike ride. We went through the neighborhood to the Pinellas Trail. We headed north to Tarpon Springs, and then took the Keystone Trail and East Lake Trail. We fought some vicious headwinds on the way back, which is typical for this route.
I wore my favorite jersey today--TV Sucks-Ride your bike!
We rode through Chestnut Park to see if we could see any alligators, but there were none visible.
There were a lot of birds out today, including this lovely group of vultures and an unidentified large water bird.
We arrived home ahead of the rain, and we were glad of it--it poured for hours!
